After the sold‑out success of our Valentine’s dinner, we’re expanding our cozy dinner series with a night inspired by the rustic charm of an Italian trattoria and the fresh promise of primavera!
Trattoria: a small, Italian eatery characterized by rustic charm, home-style cooking, and a welcoming intimate experience.
Primavera: Spring!
Let’s welcome the change in seasons (while keeping our fingers crossed we evade one more snowstorm because Vermont) with a fresh taste of springtime: vibrant, velvety gazpacho; fresh baked focaccia; vegetable primavera in a light, silky sauce; and a delicate, lemon olive oil cake. Each course is paired with a crisp Italian wine carefully selected by Lauren, who has never led us astray with the perfect pairing.
